The extra short coat dress from Noir Handmade Curves is made entirely out of beautiful black power wet look. It is tight-fitting and it is in a low-cut coat style with long sleeves, stylish lapel collar, a row of press studs down the front and a belt that ties. It is stretchy which means that it is a perfect fit and it also feels comfortable to wear as well.
76% polyester, 24% spandex, polymer coating. There is a separate size chart for Noir.
